The majority of our multi-way styles come in sizes A (US size 0-12) and B (US size 14-20) and C (US size 22-26). We recommend sizing up if you’re in between sizes as you can always tie the dress tighter.
The straps on our multi-way styles get longer as you size up.
If you are 5’7’’ and up,plan to wear heels, and would like your dress to sweep the ground, we suggest selecting extra length if it is available in that style.

The easy sizing of our styles means little to no alterations are necessary! If you want your dress to be more fitted around the waist, simply wrap it tighter. Should you wish to shorten your dress, it requires a straight cut . In our experience, this is a very easy process for any tailor or seamstress and shouldn't take more than a few days to complete. We do not offer any alterations in house.

Twobirds is 100% made in the USA in our women owned and operated Los Angeles based factory by a skillful women-lead team.
Dry cleaning is recommended

Please avoid wearing any lace undergarments.
For underwear, we recommend wearing seamless panties.
For bras, you generally don't need to wear a bra with our styles no matter what size your bust is. If you prefer to wear one, we recommend one of our full coverage bandeaus, one of our bralettes, or our bodytape! Otherwise, a low back bra, a backless bra, or nipple covers work well.
If you are at least 6-8 weeks in advance of your wear date, then you can order any of our made-to-order items. We recommend that full bridal parties order around the same time but it’s not required.

Our made-to-order options are available to ensure that you can select the exact color, style, fabric, and size that you need regardless of current in-stock availability. Made to order items ship 6-8 weeks after placing your order unless an earlier ship date is agreed upon.
Our in-stock and ready to wear collection is available to order and ship straight away and is subject to available stock at the time of purchase. Please note that dresses purchased from stock are not guaranteed to match dye lots from made to order dresses of the same color name.
Bridal parties should place their orders at least three months in advance of the event date. We recommend entering the bridal party details in the dedicated section at checkout. Bridesmaid dresses can be purchased individually or together and shipped to anywhere in the world.
Made-to-order purchases ship 6-8 weeks after the item is ordered.
Ready to wear purchases ship within 2 business days and arrive in 2-5 business after dispatch.
All rushes must be approved by a member of our customer service team before the order is placed. We will confirm a shipping date with you in advance and you will receive a second confirmation email with the ship date.

All of our items are sewn, warehoused, and shipped out of our facilities in Los Angeles.
We ship to any country, worldwide. Domestic shipments take 3-5 business days to arrive once they dispatch and international shipments take 5-7 business days to arrive once they dispatch.
All domestic orders are subject to local tax rates and are calculated at checkout.
Duties and taxes are NOT included in international shipments and are subject to local rates upon arrival.
Returns and Exchanges
All made-to-order purchases are final sale and non-refundable or exchangeable.
Full priced domestic ready to wear purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items that are marked down are final sale. Returns will only be accepted in original, unused, and unwashed condition with all hang tags, return tags, and packaging still attached. All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from your return. Return merchandise label must be used within three business days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Should the return label not be utilized within 5 business days, a merchandise credit will be issued.
All swimwear is eligible for exchange only.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any international shipments outside of the the USA
Sample Try On
Our most popular styles are available to try on. We will try to accomodate the color of your choice, but if it's not available, we will send a similar color with additional swatches.
You can order up to three samples at a time however every sample is subject to the $40 fee.
You can hang on to the sample for up to seven days from the time that you receive it.
Your sample will arrive within 3-5 business days after you place the order for it.
The $40 fee covers handling and two-way shipping of your sample try on. Once you decide to purchase your own to keep, you'll receive a code for 20% off your order.
If the sample gets lost or damaged in your possession, or you fail to return it back to us within the allotted time, you will be charge for the full value of the dress.
